POLICIES
PAYMENT
- NO COD'S.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges.
- Money orders are welcome, but customers can expect a
slight delay in shipping.
- Checks are accepted, but can take up to 14 days to
process.
- Any tubing, table legs or other
"non-compatables" (as deemed by UPS and RPS)
will be sur-charged per package by UPS.
- Each parcel is subject to a $2.00 handling charge for boxes and $3.50
per bundle of tubing and other non compatibles.
RETURNS
- A 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted for any returned
merchanise.
- ALL TUBING IS FINAL SALE and therefore non-refundable
- Special orders are non-refundable.
- Tarpaulins that have been opened are non-refundable.
- Used components are non-refundable
- Merchandise being returned must be received into our
warehouse within 30 days of shipping date.
- ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER. ANY MERCHANDISE ARRIVING AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT
THE R.A. NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON PARCEL, WILL BE
REFUSED.
MISC.
- Damage claims or shortages must be brought to our
attention within FIVE days of receipt of merchandise.
- Customers that do return merchandise are responsible for
any shipping charges to or from out warehouse.
- Any prepaid order that is refused will receive a refund
less 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges
incurred.
- ALL CANOPIES ARE DESIGNED FOR TEMPORARY USE. We do not
advise canopies be left anattended, nor do we guarentee,
in any way, it's use.
- Sales taking place at the flea market are cash only.
